This is a 2 day British Canoeing course (formerly the Advanced Water Endorsement) in more challenging conditions to prepare you for the 1 day Sea Kayak Coach (Advanced Water) Assessment.
The Sea Kayak Coach (Advanced Water) course will help you apply skills developed through previous qualifications, and to coach paddlers working in advanced water situations. The course includes
- Coaching technical skills
- Developing tactics for the discipline and environment
- Developing physiological elements and psychological skills
The candidate needs to meet the pre-requirements for the award, these can be obtained at www.britishcanoeing.org.uk.
